Seller and scope

The seller is 브이엘엑스 (VLX) (“GROMODE,” “we,” or “us”), represented by Kim Eungyu (김은규). Business registration: 745-07-03297. These terms apply to purchases of digital products from this website in the configured sales territories (United States and other English-speaking PayPal-supported jurisdictions where sale is lawful, excluding restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions and Korea-to-Korea PayPal transactions.). Mandatory consumer law in the buyer’s location prevails where it cannot legally be excluded.

Product and order

The product is one protected ZIP bundle containing a 317-page main book, The Instagram Automated Growth Playbook, plus two bonus books: the 94-page The Reels Breakout Hook & Features Bible and the 117-page Your Prime Is Still Ahead of You. The bundle contains three English PDFs and 528 pages in total. It is a one-time digital purchase with no physical delivery, course portal, student space, community, or recurring subscription. The checkout shows the product name, contents, total USD price, delivery method, and applicable notices before payment.

Payment and delivery

PayPal processes the payment. GROMODE grants access only after PayPal reports a completed payment and the server verifies the order, amount, currency, product, and merchant. A protected library link is then displayed. The current delivery window is 24 hours with up to five downloads; contact support before expiry if a technical problem prevents access.

Price, tax, and conversion fees

The USD amount shown at checkout is the total product price charged by GROMODE. If GROMODE is legally required to collect a transaction tax, that tax will be included in, or separately shown with, the price before payment. PayPal or the buyer’s card issuer may charge separate currency-conversion or cross-border fees. PayPal is the payment processor and does not discharge the seller’s Korean tax filing or payment obligations.

License

One purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and use the files for personal learning and the buyer’s own business operations. Copyright and all other intellectual property rights remain with the author or applicable rights holder.

Prohibited use

You may not resell, redistribute, upload, publicly share, sublicense, translate for distribution, remove rights notices from, or provide another person access to the files or protected link. You may not misrepresent GROMODE as affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

Educational scope and results

The books provide educational information, examples, and operating frameworks. Historical metrics come from an author-operated Korean account and are not typical-result claims. No follower count, reach, revenue, ranking, or business result is promised. You remain responsible for platform rules, advertising law, tax, and decisions made using the material.

Cancellation, refunds, and errors

Cancellation and refunds follow the Digital Product Refund Policy and applicable law. Immediate-delivery consent does not limit remedies for damaged, inaccessible, duplicated, or materially misdescribed products. Approved refunds are sent to the original PayPal payment method and access may be revoked.

Availability and liability

We use reasonable care to maintain checkout and delivery, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, provider outages, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are administered from the seller’s registered address, without requiring a buyer to waive mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections.
